I don’t know if she’s posted this to appeal to her primary audience of insecure middle school girls (though this would be too childish even for them), or if she’s actually serious…

Assuming she is, it’s worth pointing out the different points of pathological behavior:

• She owns stuffed animals at the age of 21.
• She gives them names.
• She feels guilty and cries when she forgets one of the names.
• She doesn’t see anything wrong with sharing this publicly.
• She has amassed an online following that doesn’t find this concerning, but instead celebrates it.

Even if she was joking, the last point still holds true…
